MultiChoice Thrills Fans with Shanga Season 2 Premiere and New Telenovela Lulu.

MultiChoice has launched two exciting new shows on Maisha Magic Plus, the much-awaited second season of Shanga and the premiere of an intense new telenovela, Lulu.

Returning after its dramatic first season, Shanga brings back even more suspense, danger and emotional drama. The new season follows Ledama (Brahim Ouma), Soila (Foi Wambui) and Kari (Zazira Kariuki) as they deal with dangerous secrets in Lemurat and Nairobi. At the same time, Naibei (Sam Psenjen) struggles for power while hidden truths risk destroying everything. With so much at stake, audiences will be asking: can love win, or will ambition destroy these relationships?

During the exclusive premiere at Shamba Café, Executive Producer Njoki Muhoho from Zebra Productions said, *”This season takes *Shanga* to new heights. With shocking twists, complicated relationships and high-quality production, we’re sure fans will love it from the very first episode.”*

Shanga Season 2 starts tonight on Maisha Magic Plus (DStv Channel 163, GOtv Channel 3), showing Monday to Friday.

Introducing Lulu: A Story of Crime, Betrayal and Greed

From the team behind Zari comes Lulu, an exciting new telenovela about the dangerous Tindo family empire. The show focuses on Amara Tindo (Angie Magio), a strong matriarch who learns her husband Hudson (Nick Odhiambo) wants to leave her for their maid Anita (Nungari Kiore). This betrayal starts a series of events that reveal the family’s illegal drug business. As Amara tries to take control of her husband’s empire, she must face betrayal, power battles and tough choices about loyalty. Will she succeed, or will her world fall apart?

Made by Jiffy Pictures, Lulu features an impressive cast including Brian Ogana (Maria), Ronald Ndubi (Zari), and Kalasha Award winners George Mo (Pepeta) and Lydia Gitachu (Black & Blue).

Lulu begins on Monday, 5th May at 8:30 PM on Maisha Magic Plus, taking over from Zari after its final episode airs on 2nd May.
