Nairobi — Nairobi ODM women delegates have endorsed Rosemary Okuta as the incoming Nairobi County ODM Chairlady, praising her for her exemplary leadership and steadfast commitment to strengthening the party’s grassroots structures.

During a women’s delegates meeting held at Chungwa House, members celebrated Okuta’s visionary leadership, her efforts to unite the party, and her dedication to empowering women within the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).

“Rosemary Okuta has demonstrated true leadership and dedication to the ODM family. Her inclusive vision and commitment to service have inspired many of us,” said one of the delegates during the meeting.

The women leaders expressed confidence that Okuta’s leadership will revitalize the party’s presence in Nairobi and promote greater participation of women in leadership and decision-making at both county and national levels.

Okuta, who has been engaging ODM supporters across the city, thanked the delegates for their trust and pledged to continue advancing unity, inclusivity, and good governance within the party.

“I am deeply humbled by this show of confidence,” Okuta said. “Together, we will build a stronger ODM that serves the people and stands for justice and equality.”
